Early in her career, she was drawn to structure — clarity, precision, and a disciplined way of working. With a background in finance and administration, she developed a strong attention to detail and a methodical approach. For Haysker, work was always clear, structured, and defined. But experience expanded that perspective.
After relocating from Venezuela to Chile and starting again in a new environment, she rebuilt her career from the ground up – progressing organically to new roles due to her consistent high level of care. Over time, she deepened her expertise in international trade, moving into the field she had always been drawn to: working in a global environment, connecting with people from different cultures, and learning through constant change.
Operating across countries, teams, and cultures exposed her to the nuance between systems, people, and real-world execution. What was once black and white became a spectrum of coloured layers. It was here she developed a crucial skill: the ability to adapt.

At Deep Sur, Haysker leads the execution of global operations. Each cross-country shipment brings its own variables — regulations, stakeholders, and challenges — and her role is to ensure everything moves smoothly from origin to destination. She coordinates across clients, suppliers, agents, and end users across multiple countries, aligning every stage, while anticipating risks early to keep operations moving without disruption.

Growing up in a large, close-knit family, she developed a natural ability to relate to different personalities, listen attentively, and never think twice about offering support to others.
